Saturday Parallel Workshops

You might have noticed that there are four parallel workshops scheduled into the program on Saturday, Applications. These four slots give you a chance to go to a workshop on an apparatus/device, if you think it is more relevant to you, instead of attending a talk in the auditorium for that hour. The workshops will be held in small classrooms for up to 24 people (workshop sign-up information will follow closer to the time of the conference, if you are registered for this day), where there will be greater chance for interaction and will focus much more on the practicalities, the how to’s and sometimes with a demonstration.

The talks in the auditorium are much more focused on the scientific principles of the methodology, the technology itself, advantages and disadvantages of treatment principles, efficacy of treatments in relation to various health issues, documentation through research of efficacy and case stories, where relevant. Some of these will be presented by the inventors themselves.
As you can see from the program for Saturday, there are up to four chances to attend any of the parallel workshops. There are workshops on up to 10 different health-related technologies which are simply repeated four times.
